About

I work at the intersection of AI, strategy, execution, and organizational leadership, often in moments that are still unclear, underbuilt, or underestimated.
My background spans machine intelligence, linguistics, research, data, quality, product, go-to-market, and operational leadership. Over the past 15 years, I have worked across global technology companies, startups, and advisory roles, helping turn complex technology or aspirational visions into products, systems, and organizations that can scale.
I am known for bringing clarity to chaos: creating structure, aligning teams, and driving execution when the path is not obvious and the stakes are real. I move fast, sometimes impatiently, and I do my best work with people who care deeply, think sharply, and are not afraid to disagree. I like building teams that are diverse not only culturally, but cognitively. I tend to surround myself with people who see the world differently from me, because excellence rarely comes from comfort or consensus. I care about clarity, ownership, and building things that matter, with high standards and little patience for noise.
Alongside operating roles, I also advise startup and technology leaders on AI strategy, product direction, go-to-market, and how to build organizations that can turn technical potential into real value.
I write here about AI, strategy, execution, and the broader choices behind what we build, especially when the underlying systems and dependencies matter more than they first appear.
